ShadowLake was designed with top notch, roller-free performance in mind!!  Your boat’s wake literally breaks at the shore and doesn’t roll back, so you can concentrate on your moves, not that of the lake.

REFRESHING WATER

ShadowLake’s excellent water quality is a result of its natural aqua culture provided from the Colorado River.  The lake is stocked with many varieties of fish, so grab your pole or fly rod and enjoy the catch!

LAKESIDE LOTS

Each of the 42 lakeside lots is approximately 2/3 acre and offers approximately 100 to 275 feet of lake frontage.

LAKE CONSTRUCTION

DOCK-DECK SURFACE

The highly durable "Brock Dock" surface stays cool in the summer and is easy to maintain.  Just hose it clean when needed.

HILLSIDE LOTS

The premium Hillside lots provide stunning panoramic views of the lake and the surrounding desert valley, they come with a private lakeshore dock, exclusive tree-shaded greenbelt area, lake side bathrooms and parking area.

GAS DOCK

The convenient gas dock makes refueling your boat a breeze.  Just pull in, gas up and you’re back in action. The fuel purchases are billed with your monthly homeowner's dues for added convenience.

RESTROOMS

The shared common area restrooms are just a short walk from the gas dock.
